Will is entering his second season with the Oakville Longhorns, his first as the Defensive Coordinator. Prior to becoming the Defensive Coordinator with Oakville, Will was the Linebackers and Secondary coach.

Will is entering his fifth season as a coach in the NFC having spent 3 years with the Milton Marauders. In his time with the Milton Marauders Will spent 2 years as the Defensive Backs and Linebackers coach, and one season as the Co-Defensive Coordinator, where he was intrumental in bringing a National Championship to Milton.
